Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones

We ship to all nine provinces within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

We sell a variety of products with the majority of our products being made to order. We try to carry stock of items that do not require personalisation. Due to this orders are processed within 1–8 business days.

 3. Shipping Partners

We make use of the courier services of The Courier Guy and PUDO for all of our deliveries.

 4. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:

·      PUDO (Locker-to-locker): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

·      Courier (Door-to-door): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Note: The PUDO timeframe excludes the time to deposit and pick up the package. It is important to note that there may at times be delays to deposit a package due to limited locker availability. Please make sure to put the LOCKER address of your choice at the delivery address if you choose the PUDO option. You can find the nearest PUDO locker to you here.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the selected shipping option and delivery address.

·     PUDO (Locker-to-locker): R70.

·     Courier (Door-to-door): R115

Note: Additional charges may apply for chain stores, embassies, Government Departments, remote plots, farms, power stations, high risk areas etc.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will try to communicate any delays in advance when possible.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at hello@jollification.co.za for assistance.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update our shipping policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website.
